Choose Pilot

Questions about pricing

Does Pilot renew automatically?

No. Pilot is paid once, €6,000 excl. VAT, for 12 months of access. At the end, you decide whether to buy it again.

What if Audit Spring doesn't find much?

You get your money back. If the Azure subscription analyzed spends at least €100,000 per year and the analysis finds less than €10,000 in estimated savings per year, write to contact@finozio.com within 30 days of the analysis. Annual spend is the 30 days of costs collected by the analysis, multiplied by 12; savings are the annual total shown in the report. The guarantee applies once per subscription, and not to an Audit Spring already deducted from a Pilot (Terms of Sale, Article 12.4).

Is my Audit Spring deducted from Pilot?

Yes, if you buy Pilot within 30 days of paying for your Audit Spring: the amount paid, excluding VAT, is deducted from the Pilot price, automatically and only once. You see it on the payment page and on the invoice (Terms of Sale, Article 7.5).

Does the free report commit me to anything?

No. It needs no credit card, and your Azure secret is never stored in our database, unless you choose the monthly report (encrypted, revocable).

What does the Audit Spring debrief include?

30 minutes with a Finozio expert to go over your recommendations and decide where to start. Book it within 3 months of the analysis.

Does Finozio change my resources?

No. Access is read-only, and remediation scripts are run by your team, with its own permissions. Only the Custom execution module acts, following the rules your administrator sets.

How is the Scale Up price set?

After a conversation with our sales team, based on your annual Azure spend and your number of subscriptions.

Access to your Azure

What Finozio can, and cannot do.

What it reads, what it never does, and how to revoke its access with one command. The same answers as our security pack.

What it reads, read-only

  • Per subscription, two built-in read-only Azure roles: Reader and Cost Management Reader. No custom role.
  • Optionally, for your reservations and savings plans: Reservations Reader (on /providers/Microsoft.Capacity) and Savings plan reader (on /providers/Microsoft.BillingBenefits), read-only as well.
  • For Microsoft 365: Microsoft Graph Application permissions, read-only — Organization.Read.All, Reports.Read.All and Directory.Read.All; optionally AuditLog.Read.All, for the last sign-in date.
  • Nothing is installed: Finozio reads the Azure and Microsoft Graph APIs.

What it never does

  • No write in Azure or Microsoft 365: no resource created, changed or deleted, no license removed.
  • The only exception is the Custom plan's execution module: it applies the rules your administrator turns on (deallocate or resize a virtual machine, delete an orphaned disk, release a public IP address), with the account connected to the subscription — your Microsoft account, or a Service Principal you have yourself given write rights to.
  • With quick connect through your Microsoft account, Finozio assigns its own application, with your consent and only on the subscriptions you choose, Reader and Cost Management Reader: never a write role.
  • Remediation scripts (Azure, Microsoft 365 license removal) are reviewed and run by your administrator: Finozio never runs them.
  • No mailbox, file or conversation content is read.

Revoke its access, any time

In Finozio, one click in your customer workspace erases the access and its encrypted secret.

At Microsoft, without going through Finozio, with Azure CLI:

  • Remove its roles from a subscription

az role assignment delete --assignee <APPLICATION_ID> --scope /subscriptions/<SUBSCRIPTION_ID>
  • Delete the Service Principal you created, with its application

az ad app delete --id <APPLICATION_ID>
  • Remove the quick-connect Finozio application from your tenant

az ad sp delete --id <APPLICATION_ID>

See what Finozio finds in your Azure bill.
